Florida Licensed Psychologist Reviewer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychologist Reviewer to authorize and monitor care for behavioral health and substance abuse issues.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct peer reviews for outpatient and psychological testing requests
• Educate network practitioners on best practice models and utilization management processes
• Respond to complaints related to psychological testing and facilitate outpatient rounds

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Behavior Analysis, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Behavioral Health
• Experience working with children preferred (5+ years)
• Knowledge of psychological tests, diagnostic evaluations, and evidence-based practices
• Unrestricted Psychologist License (PhD or PsyD) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required upon hire
