Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychotherapy Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness
• Assist in operational and administrative duties, including clinician matching and onboarding of new staff
• Lead and facilitate support groups and group therapy sessions

Required Qualifications

• At least 1-2 years of experience leading or supporting clinical teams
• LCSW/LMHC licensed in Florida or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience with screening and treatment planning for mental health and substance use disorders
• Working knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments
• Comfort working in a startup environment with a rapidly evolving team
