Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychotherapy Team Lead (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide virtual psychosocial assessments and psychotherapy to individuals with serious mental illness
• Assist in operational and administrative duties to enhance clinical workflow and reduce errors
• Co-lead weekly staff meetings and participate in the onboarding of new staff

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience leading or supporting clinical teams or clinic operations
• LCSW/LMHC licensed in Florida or ability to obtain licensure
• Experience with screening, assessment, and treatment planning for mental health disorders
• Experience conducting psychotherapy via telehealth
• Knowledge of evidence-based psychosocial treatments and brief behavioral interventions
