Florida Licensed Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Clinical Quality Assurance and Compliance Specialist to ensure clinical documentation meets regulatory compliance and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Review treatment plans and progress notes, providing feedback to associate therapists
• Conduct audits to assess documentation quality and identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address documentation issues and maintain accurate records

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Licensed in a clinical discipline (e.g., LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) with willingness to obtain additional state licensure
• 2+ years of experience in a quality assurance/auditing role
• Knowledge of industry regulations and experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems
• Familiarity with behavioral health documentation and previous Telehealth experience is a plus
