Florida Licensed Quality Improvement Manager

Job Summary

Coordinating quality improvement and organizational projects, the full-time Florida Licensed Quality Improvement Manager will manage NCQA and HEDIS preparation while working remotely and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical knowledge for NCQA/HEDIS and deliver educational sessions to staff and external constituents
• Coordinate work plans and resources for HEDIS/CAHPS submissions and manage the data review process for accuracy and integrity
• Analyze data and develop presentations for committees, newsletters, and other educational materials

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business, or equivalent experience; Master's in Public Health or related field preferred
• 4+ years of quality improvement or project management experience in managed care with advanced knowledge of HEDIS and NCQA
• Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Practical Nurse, Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or CPHQ certification highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Access
• Must reside in Florida and be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship
