Key Responsibilities
- Manage large-scale commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, development projects, and financing agreements
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents related to real estate transactions
- Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD)
- Minimum of 4 years of experience handling large-scale commercial real estate finance transactions in an AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm
- Proven expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts and legal documents
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and real estate laws
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
