Job Summary

To enhance AI systems guiding real estate professionals, experienced real estate agents and brokers will find a fully remote, flexible freelance opportunity as an AI Career Evaluation Specialist, where they will review and evaluate AI-generated career guidance based on real industry standards and practices.

Key responsibilities

• Review and evaluate career questions from real estate professionals at various stages of their careers
• Write expert-quality answers reflecting real career experiences in the Florida and US real estate landscape
• Develop rubrics to assess the accuracy and practicality of AI-generated career advice

Required qualifications

• Substantial practical experience as a real estate agent or broker
• Strong understanding of real estate career paths and brokerage operations
• Experience mentoring or advising newer agents is advantageous
• Skilled in translating expertise into clear, actionable written guidance
• Active or inactive Florida real estate license is a plus
