A company is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including pre-closing, closing, and post-closing
• Prepare closing statements, escrow letters, and closing checklists
• Order and review title searches, lien searches, estoppels, and surveys

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial real estate experience in an AmLaw 100 or 200 law firm
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
