Job Summary

A company is looking for a Corporate Real Estate Paralegal who thrives in a fast-paced environment and supports corporate governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain corporate records, entity filings, licenses, and governance documentation across multiple jurisdictions
• Prepare and manage contracts, NDAs, vendor agreements, and legal documentation
• Assist with real estate transaction coordination, regulatory compliance, and internal audits

Required Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, Business Administration, or related field required; Paralegal Certificate preferred
• 4-5+ years of corporate governance, compliance, or real estate paralegal experience
• Experience supporting hospitality, real estate, or multi-entity organizations strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of corporate governance practices and regulatory compliance processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and document management platforms
