Florida Licensed Reconciliation Accountant

Job Summary

To support financial accuracy, the full-time Florida Licensed Reconciliation Accountant will manage cash posting policies and banking processes, facilitate the reconciliation of outstanding items, and collaborate with various departments in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Research discrepancies and propose corrections to accounting records
• Prepare accurate Outstanding Item Reports and communicate necessary actions to entities
• Ensure financial record integrity through diligent reconciliation processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
• Experience with the cash posting process for patient and insurance payments
• Solid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles
• Ability to effectively utilize technical tools, such as Microsoft Excel
• Professional communication skills for collaboration with various departments
