Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Florida Licensed Recovery Coach will manage a caseload of members, providing peer support and monitoring progress through personalized relapse prevention plans while collaborating with clinical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Offer peer support via text and video, being a supportive presence for members
• Monitor toxicology and breathalyzer tests over video and build personalized relapse prevention plans
• Check in weekly with members and collaborate with their clinical teams to ensure alignment

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of continuous sobriety and open about personal recovery experience
• Peer Recovery Support Specialist credential in the state of Florida
• Experience as a case manager, counselor, or sponsor is a plus
• Comfortable with technology, including apps and video calls
• Ability to communicate clearly and prioritize tasks effectively
