Florida Licensed Recovery Manager

Job Summary

Overseeing daily operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Recovery Manager will ensure compliance with debt collection laws, provide leadership to staff, and communicate departmental performance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the productivity and operations of the Recovery Department to ensure compliance with laws and internal policies
• Provide leadership, guidance, and development to assigned staff, fostering a motivated work environment
• Regularly communicate with management regarding departmental performance and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years of additional collections experience in lieu of a degree
• 3 years of collections experience in consumer loans, credit cards, and mortgages
• 2 years of supervisory experience
• Knowledge of Debtor/Creditor Collection Law and the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
• Intermediate to advanced operational knowledge of general office and PC equipment, including automated collection software
