Job Summary

To support a mission-driven academic health system, the full-time Florida Licensed Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with leaders to source and hire for a variety of clinical and operational roles in a remote capacity while being available for on-site needs as necessary.

Key responsibilities

• Run intake meetings to align on role expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles
• Create and post job ads that reflect both the role and the current market
• Proactively source candidates using tools like LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pipelines

Required qualifications

• At least 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Experience screening and interviewing candidates across phone, virtual, and in-person formats
• A track record of partnering effectively with hiring leaders and keeping searches on track
• Strong organization skills and experience managing activity in an ATS
• Familiarity with hiring policies and compliance requirements
