Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Regional Sales (Florida).

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and lead a team of Territory Account Managers
• Drive successful regional execution of the commercial launch strategy and identify opportunities to expand the treatment ecosystem
• Foster strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and behavioral health systems

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred)
• 8-10+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience
• 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated success launching specialty or neuroscience therapies
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets
