Key Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional support and counseling to patients with diverse health and wellness needs
• Conduct coaching through telehealth formats via phone calls and secure messaging
• Document and communicate nutritional care plans and collaborate with team members for patient-centered care

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 3 to 10+ years of experience as a Board Certified Dietitian
• Active RDN status in accordance with CDR and state licensure criteria
• Comfortable working with members presenting multiple clinical conditions
• Strong clinical and counseling skills using an evidence-based approach
• Extensive knowledge in nutrition counseling approaches and modalities
