Key Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 digital health services with customized patient plans based on individual goals and clinical assessments
• Manage patient-related documentation and care coordination
• Participate in team meetings, continuing education opportunities, and training sessions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a health-related field
• Current RDN credential and active state licensure in at least one specified state
• Minimum of two years of nutrition coaching or counseling experience
• Experience in motivational interviewing and supporting female hormone transitions
• Proven experience in a telehealth environment and working collaboratively in a remote team
