Florida Licensed Registered Nurse, seeking a full-time remote position to conduct telehealth patient assessments and triage, supporting virtual patient care operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive telephone triage and patient assessments
• Utilize telehealth technology to evaluate patient needs and coordinate care
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records and address patient concerns

Required Qualifications

• Active RN Licensure and Compact Nursing License
• Associate's Degree in Nursing or higher
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in Primary Care, Urgent Care, or Emergency Room settings
• At least 1 year of Primary Care experience required
• Experience with telephone triage, patient assessment, and telehealth nursing
