Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN, Remote Patient Monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcomes and educates patients in Remote Patient Monitoring programs, reviewing benefits and expectations
• Creates and updates personalized care plans based on patient assessments and biometric trends
• Monitors in-home device readings and coordinates care across various health services to improve patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree (BSN)
• Current RN license in the State of Florida
• Three years of clinical experience in a specialty area or five years covering multiple specialties
• Ambulatory Care Nursing Certification (AMB-BC) required within 36 months of hire
• Current BLS/Healthcare Provider certification
