Key Responsibilities

• Provide sales support to guests by sharing information on accommodations, spa offerings, local dining, and activities
• Collaborate and connect with guests and team members remotely
• Ensure prompt and accurate reservation management and assist guests with inquiries

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
• Proficiency in computer systems and software applications
• Must reside within the State of Florida
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
