Job Summary
To support patient care during night shifts, the full-time Florida Licensed Respiratory Therapist will perform respiratory therapies, respond to emergencies, and collaborate with healthcare teams while working onsite in Celebration, FL.
Key responsibilities
- Documents and charges for respiratory procedures accurately and completely
- Responds to Code Blue emergencies and provides CPR as per American Heart Association guidelines
- Performs airway maintenance and manages mechanical ventilators according to established protocols
Required qualifications
- Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy or Cardiopulmonary Science
- State Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) certification
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- 1+ years of critical care experience (preferred)
- NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential (preferred)
