Job Summary
To support a growing initiative, the fully remote Florida Licensed Return-to-Work Coordinator will manage relationships with nonprofit partners, facilitate the placement of injured workers in transitional duty opportunities, and maintain accurate documentation of case activities during typical business hours.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with nonprofit organizations to create a network for Transitional Duty placements
- Coordinate the placement of injured workers in suitable Transitional Duty roles, ensuring alignment with their abilities and restrictions
- Manage administrative tasks, including tracking volunteer hours and updating case management software
Required qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree
- Completion of an 8-12 week training program including classroom instruction and on-the-job shadowing
- Experience in customer service and heavy phone work
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, particularly Word and Excel
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
