Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate return to work efforts within a Workers' Compensation environment
  • Obtain and manage medical documentation to support safe return to work outcomes
  • Document activities and maintain accurate records within the claims management system
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or related role
  • Working knowledge of the Florida Workers' Compensation system
  • Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
