Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate return to work efforts within a Workers' Compensation environment
- Obtain and manage medical documentation to support safe return to work outcomes
- Document activities and maintain accurate records within the claims management system
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of experience in a medical office or related role
- Working knowledge of the Florida Workers' Compensation system
- Proficient in data entry and Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
