Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To drive revenue cycle excellence, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst will manage clinical denials, analyze denial trends, and collaborate with various departments to enhance coding accuracy and reimbursement outcomes while working remotely from an approved state.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve clinical denials through claim corrections, resubmissions, and appeals
• Analyze denial trends to identify opportunities for improving coding accuracy and reimbursement outcomes
• Collaborate with Managed Care and operational teams to resolve complex denial and reimbursement issues

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• One (1) of the following coding certifications required: CPC, COC, RHIT, RHIA, or CCS
• One (1) to two (2) years of coding experience required
• One (1) to two (2) years of denial management and/or insurance-related experience required
