Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst

Job Summary

To support patient care delivery, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Analyst will manage and enhance clinical and business systems, collaborating with clinicians and end users to design, build, test, and implement Epic and associated systems in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze business problems and recommend solutions that align with organizational goals
• Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with stakeholders, capturing business and technical requirements
• Design, build, and configure Epic system modules while developing and maintaining system process documentation

Required qualifications

• Epic Certification or ability to complete certification within 3 months of classes
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft suite of products
• 3+ years of experience developing training materials and documenting workflow design
• Knowledge of clinical, revenue cycle, or technical workflows
• Associate degree in business, Information Systems, or a healthcare-related field
