Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Revenue Cycle, Front End.

Key Responsibilities

• Identifies and implements operational and strategic goals and objectives
• Oversees the Revenue Cycle Leadership team and acts as a liaison with other departments
• Monitors key performance indicators and resolves negative performance trends

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or Business, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of eight years in healthcare revenue cycle and systems technical experience
• Minimum of five years of management experience
• Knowledge of clinical and billing application interfacing
• Experience with claims processing and Third Party Administrator claims processing
