Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to lead a revenue cycle team, ensuring effective communication and measurable results for clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive performance outcomes by coaching team members and managing daily operations across billing, posting, and accounts receivable
• Oversee billing activities, ensuring accurate charge entry, timely submissions, and resolution of billing inquiries
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and manage team onboarding and training processes

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in billing environments, preferably in ambulatory surgery centers or hospitals
• Experience with staffing, scheduling, and workload balancing
• Proven success in performance management and coaching high-performing teams
• Strong customer service orientation and advanced analytical skills
