Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a revenue cycle team, ensuring high productivity and quality outcomes
• Oversee billing activities, including charge entry, submission of billed charges, and resolution of billing inquiries
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to achieve or exceed targets

Required Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED certification; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in billing environments, preferably in ambulatory surgery centers or hospitals
• Experience with forecasting, staffing, and workload balancing
• Demonstrated success in performance management and coaching teams
• Prior experience in a medical office or call center environment strongly preferred
