Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager

Job Summary

Leading a revenue cycle team in a remote capacity, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager will supervise managers, drive communication and decision-making, and ensure high-quality outcomes for multiple clients in a medical billing services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and performance metrics, coaching team members to achieve productivity and quality standards
• Manage billing activities, ensuring accurate charge entry, timely submission of billed charges, and resolution of billing inquiries
• Conduct performance evaluations and implement improvements based on key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet client-specific goals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in ambulatory surgery center or hospital billing environments
• Demonstrated success in performance management and coaching high-performing teams
• Strong customer service orientation with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior experience in a medical office or call center environment strongly preferred
