Job Summary

Leading a revenue cycle team remotely, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Manager will supervise managers, drive strong communication and performance outcomes, and ensure high-quality results for multiple clients in a medical billing services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily revenue cycle operations, ensuring adherence to performance metrics and operational expectations
• Manage billing activities, including charge entry, billing inquiries, and quality assurance on high-priority cases
• Conduct performance evaluations and coaching sessions for team members to enhance productivity and service quality

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; AA degree in Management preferred
• 3-5 years of management experience in ambulatory surgery center or hospital billing environments
• Experience with forecasting, staffing, and workload balancing
• Strong customer service orientation and advanced analytical skills
• Prior experience in a medical office or call center environment is strongly preferred
