Job Summary

To support a growing mental health practice, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Specialist will manage accurate billing, timely claim submissions, and denial resolutions in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze denial trends, suggesting process improvements to prevent future issues
• Complete collection activities in compliance with payer guidelines and process account adjustments
• Monitor patient accounts for billing irregularities and respond to patient inquiries regarding billing

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years of revenue cycle management experience, preferably in accounts receivable
• In-depth understanding of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial insurance billing processes
• Experience with medical billing systems (e.g., Candid Health, Healthie)
• Proven customer service abilities in resolving patient and payer inquiries
