Job Summary
Overseeing the design and implementation of IT applications, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Cycle Supervisor will manage application teams, analyze workflows, and ensure effective communication with stakeholders in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the design, build, and testing of in-house and third-party applications while ensuring adherence to organizational standards
- Coordinate with physicians and end users to analyze workflows, identify gaps, and implement necessary changes for new solutions
- Lead cross-functional projects, communicate project statuses, and provide feedback and coaching to team members
Required qualifications
- Associate college degree in business, information systems, or a healthcare-related field
- 5+ years of experience in documenting workflow design and identifying areas for improvement
- EPIC Credential (EPIC CRED) required
- Advanced knowledge of HL7 concepts and integrated healthcare applications
- Experience leading teams and effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences
