Job Summary
Resolving billing issues and providing coverage guidelines for billable services, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Integrity Analyst will utilize Craneware Online and EPIC WQ workflows to identify reimbursement opportunities while ensuring compliance with billing regulations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and resolve billing issues to reduce claim denials and optimize reimbursement
- Ensure proper bundling or unbundling of charges and apply applicable modifiers
- Communicate with departmental staff and provide updates on billing requirements and status changes
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a healthcare-related field, specifically in hospital billing or coding
- Completion of a formal education program in clinical, financial, or coding areas preferred
- Coding certification preferred (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-9-10, and DRG)
- Experience with Craneware Online and EPIC WQ workflows is a plus
