Job Summary

Leading professional billing revenue integrity operations, the full-time Florida Licensed Revenue Integrity Manager will oversee charge capture, coding accuracy, and denial prevention strategies while managing a team of analysts and auditors in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and develop a team, including performance monitoring and professional development
• Analyze denial trends and reimbursement patterns to implement corrective action plans
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to revenue integrity

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Active coding certification required (CPC, CCS, CCS-P, COC, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in professional billing or revenue cycle operations
• Minimum 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of billing workflows and denial management processes
