Florida Licensed Revenue Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Owning the analytics capability across sales, marketing, and enrollment operations, the full-time remote Florida Licensed Revenue Operations Analyst will manage the Microsoft Power BI ecosystem, oversee sales performance analytics, and execute monthly incentive compensation calculations while providing strategic insights to enhance business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Microsoft Power BI dashboards and data models for executive reporting
• Deliver actionable insights on sales and marketing performance, analyzing trends and supporting A/B testing initiatives
• Execute and validate monthly sales incentive compensation plans for approximately 100 team members

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• 3-5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or revenue operations
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft Power BI, including data modeling and DAX
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data modeling and analysis
• Experience managing or supporting sales incentive compensation programs
