Job Summary

A company is looking for a Concurrent/Post-Acute Review Nurse RN - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for providers to assist members in navigating care options and benefits
• Evaluate members for benefit determination, medical necessity, and appropriate level of care
• Coordinate discharge status and additional needs for ongoing Care Coordination services

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent clinical experience in a hospital, LTAC, or Skilled Nursing Facility setting
• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state or compact state of Florida
• Experience in home health care, rehab, SNF, utilization review, or case management
• Familiarity with the healthcare industry and managed care
• Related Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in nursing
