Job Summary

A company is looking for a Local Contract Nurse RN - Case Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patient care and coordinate case management activities
• Assess and understand the medical needs of patients in an acute care setting
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Florida RN license or approved multistate RN license required
• 3 years of RN experience in an acute care setting is required
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as an RN; BSN preferred
• Certification in Case Management, Nursing, or Utilization Review is preferred
• Recent experience in acute care Case Management or ICU/strong Med-Surg experience is required
