Florida Licensed RN Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a RN Compliance Manager for Post-Acute Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze compliance risks, planning and implementing key compliance initiatives
• Coordinate auditing and monitoring of compliance audits and facilitate communication of audit findings
• Oversee compliance audits and investigations of alleged misconduct in various healthcare settings

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred in Nursing, Management, Business Administration, or Legal studies
• 3 years of clinical nursing experience required; 3 years in compliance and/or healthcare regulatory function preferred
• Active Florida Registered Nurse license required
• Certification as a CCA or CCS within six months of hire; Compliance certification (CHC) required within one year of hire
• Ability to work collaboratively with all levels of leadership and effectively supervise teams
