Job Summary
To enhance quality improvement initiatives, the full-time Florida Licensed RN Data Abstractor will analyze clinical data, collaborate with departments, and prepare performance improvement reports while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with data analysis and evaluate opportunities for improvement
- Abstract clinical information from medical records for core measures and cardiovascular outcomes
- Prepare and present performance improvement reports to leadership and medical staff
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in Florida
- 1+ years of experience in quality management/improvement
- Skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and EMR programs
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred
