Job Summary

A company is looking for an RN - Supervisor, Utilization Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervises the day-to-day activities of the utilization management team, ensuring adherence to performance and compliance standards
• Collaborates with the team to resolve complex care member issues and identifies opportunities for process improvements
• Monitors clinical review activities and provides coaching, feedback, and training to team members

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or Bachelor's degree
• 4+ years of related experience in utilization management
• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure required
• Knowledge of utilization management principles preferred
