Job Summary

To support retail operations, the part-time Florida Licensed Sales Associate will sell eyewear products, assist patients with selections, and perform minor repairs while providing exceptional customer service at assigned store locations in West Palm Beach, FL.

Key responsibilities

• Sell eyeglasses and contact lenses, utilizing a consultative approach to meet patient needs
• Execute minor eyeglass repairs and adjustments while assisting with office duties such as scheduling appointments
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with store management and associates to enhance sales and customer satisfaction

Required qualifications

• Two years of retail, optical, or customer service experience
• Ability to build effective relationships and resolve various issues in a retail environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
• Experience in maintaining a professional image of the company and its brands
• Willingness to travel as required for the role
