A company is looking for a Sales Coach.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops Operations Managers/Leaders by orienting to the sales process and conducting effective in-field visits
• Determines coaching needs by monitoring KPIs and observing consults to drive results
• Delivers targeted coaching to doctors and Operations Managers to address specific areas of opportunity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 5+ years of previous sales or training experience, preferably in the dental industry
• Ability to influence performance without a direct reporting relationship
• Aptitude for training, performance management, and motivating others
• Ability to conduct up to 20% travel within the Fort Myers and Naples, Florida area
