Job Summary
Providing sales leadership and coordinating training activities for independent agents, the full-time Florida Licensed Sales Director will recruit new agents, ensure their onboarding, and conduct regular training while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Recruit new independent contractor agents and ensure efficient onboarding
- Train agents on products and selling tools while maintaining communication and support
- Strive to meet company sales objectives and participate in required meetings
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
- Valid life & health insurance license
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate insurance agents
- Essential computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications
