Job Summary

Providing sales leadership and coordinating training activities for independent agents, the full-time Florida Licensed Sales Director will recruit new agents, ensure their onboarding, and conduct regular training while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Recruit new independent contractor agents and ensure efficient onboarding
  • Train agents on products and selling tools while maintaining communication and support
  • Strive to meet company sales objectives and participate in required meetings
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or undergraduate degree; industry experience may substitute for education
  • 2-4 years of experience in insurance marketing and sales
  • Valid life & health insurance license
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate insurance agents
  • Essential computer skills including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet applications
