Job Summary

Owning the entire recruitment lifecycle, the full-time Florida Licensed Sales Recruiter will work remotely to source, interview, and hire high-caliber candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to build a strong salesforce.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to hiring of candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and build the sales team
• Implement innovative strategies to attract diverse talent through various channels

Required qualifications

• Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for connecting with people
• Experience in a fast-paced or high-volume environment is preferred
• Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to adapt to dynamic settings
• Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required
