Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs
• Match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders
• Represent the brand and ensure customer satisfaction through quality service

Required Qualifications

• 2-3 years of sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to close sales
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Proficiency in using computers and typing capabilities
