Job Summary
Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Florida Licensed Sales Representative, responsible for handling inbound calls and warm leads to consult with customers on their insurance needs and convert sales leads into policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers to determine their insurance needs and match them with appropriate products
- Handle inbound calls and convert warm leads into policyholders without making cold calls
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including obtaining a Property & Casualty Insurance license
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales or service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Ability to communicate effectively with prospects and customers
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Property and Casualty License required after hire
