Job Summary
Seeking motivated individuals, the full-time Florida Licensed Sales Representative will manage inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert sales leads into policyholders in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads to assess customer insurance needs
- Consult with customers to match appropriate coverages, products, and benefits
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including licensing support
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills to effectively close sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in typing and computer usage
