Job Summary
Motivated individuals will find a full-time opportunity as a Florida Licensed Sales Representative, working remotely to handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs to convert leads into policyholders.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with customers on their insurance needs and match appropriate coverages and products
- Handle inbound calls and warm leads, converting prospects into policyholders
- Participate in a comprehensive paid training program, including licensing support
Required qualifications
- 2 years of sales/service-related work experience required; 2-3 years preferred
- Property and Casualty Insurance License required after hire
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills necessary for closing sales
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in typing and PC usage
