Job Summary

Working remotely, the Florida Licensed Sales Representative will manage inbound client consultations, analyze financial situations, and enroll clients into tax resolution programs, all while enjoying a full-time schedule with a focus on closing deals without cold calling.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough discovery calls with inbound leads to assess their tax issues and financial goals
• Evaluate client-provided documents to recommend customized tax resolution programs
• Manage the full sales process from consultation to enrollment, ensuring a professional client experience

Required qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of proven phone sales experience in a remote environment
• Experience in debt settlement or financial hardship sales environments preferred
• Strong B2C sales experience with a track record of performance
• Proficiency with customer systems, such as Google Suite and Salesforce
• Ability to handle high call volumes and follow-ups in a virtual setting
