Job Summary
To support participant care in a remote environment, the full-time Florida Licensed Scheduling Coordinator will manage appointment scheduling, coordinate care between participants and providers, and perform various clerical duties to ensure efficient clinic operations.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule and prioritize appointments with external specialists based on clinical urgency and participant needs
- Collaborate with clinical teams and serve as a liaison to resolve scheduling conflicts and ensure timely access to care
- Document all scheduling activities and participant interactions accurately in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
Required qualifications
- 1+ year of administrative and medical scheduling experience within the last 1-2 years
- 3-5 years of customer service experience
- Experience with medical terminology and EMR systems
- Remote work experience
- 1+ year of scheduling experience
