Florida Licensed Senior Account Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Account Management (Specialty Pharmacy).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the Account Director for various programs, providing leadership and oversight for the Account Management team
• Develop skills and capabilities of Account Managers in areas such as client relationship management and program implementation
• Analyze data to support client meetings and presentations, and oversee escalated client issues

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, health care administration, or equivalent; PharmD or MBA preferred
• 4+ years of experience in PBM Account Management or clinical management
• Experience managing teams of clinicians, preferably pharmacists
• Strong understanding of clinical analytics and formulary management preferred
• Current state's Pharmacist license with no restrictions preferred
